About me!
I'm Kate! I'm an autistic trans girl with a love for retro tech! I also really love Sonic, UNDERTALE, and DELTARUNE! The main thing that I do though, is art! (which you can probably see from my neocities being filled with it...) I make basically whatever I feel like, which is the best thing about being an artist! I drew every little bit of art on this site (unless specified otherwise) and the rest of my art is on my Bluesky, so go there if you wanna follow my art!
Ever since I was a kid, I've been completely obsessed with a certain blue hedgehog. This speedy little shit has been my main interest for my entire life. I follow along with the entire series, I love the games, shows, movies, comics... I need to catch up on the comics... I remember playing Sonic Rush on my DS Lite on long car journeys, and because of that, Blaze is my absolute favourite sonic character. I do really like Surge, Kitsunami, Tangle and Whisper though! (God I hope they show up in a mainline game)
The other thing that has taken over my life is Undertale and DELTARUNE, I know they're separate but they have so much overlap! Toby Fox is the reason I took a game dev course in college. Temmie Chang is the reason I got so into art. I started my art journey by making shitty sans fanart on an app called Popjam... I look back and I cringe at my kid self a lot. Undertale was a game that completely changed my life, it shaped my sense of humour around terrible puns, which you can take as good or bad, it could be either to be honest. The story is amazing and the ending of the Pacifist route genuinely makes me teary. The game has so much depth and truly makes you feel like everything you choose matters. I'll probably write a blogpost about the game at some point.
The game I will DEFINITELY write a blog about is DELTARUNE! This game. Oh my god this game. I won't spoil anything here because if you haven't played it yet and you enjoyed UNDERTALE, PLAY IT!!! I get unreasonably happy talking about this game, and the amount of lore that Nid has had to sit through and endured means he's probably more knowledgeable about the game than most fans... We all know DELTARUNE fans can't read anyway...
I do also love my plushies! My main, most cherished plush is my BLÅHAJ! (Stereotypical for a trans girl, I know.) His name is Ike, short for Ikea... You can just tell I'm creative (/s) I absolutely love this squishy shark, he is literally one of my favourite things in the world, obviously besides my boyfriend! The other plushies I have are usually collections of my favourite characters from different games and stuff! Such as my Kinger plush from The Amazing Digital Circus, a Deep Sea Bunny plush from Pressure (A Roblox game that you should play, I'd even recommend making a Roblox account JUST for pressure.), Lapras, my all time favourite Pokémon, my 2 Sylveon plushies, my 2nd favourite Pokémon (Again, stereotypical for a trans girl, I know.), My Technoblade plush (Technoblade NEVER Dies.) That's not even all of them and I plan to get many MANY more!
I mentioned my boyfriend last paragraph, so I should shout him out here! He helped tonnes with this site, taught me everything to do with HTML and CSS that i know, and he is my favourite person ever, who i want to spend the rest of my life with and be around 24/7!!!! He makes me so comfy and feel so happy, so if you're reading this, Nid... I love you!!!!! GO CHECK OUT HIS NEOCITIES IT'S AWESOME (I did all the art of his fursona there)
